Certificate in Personal Formation
Total: 40 Credit Hours (CH)
This program establishes a biblical philosophy of growth and maturity. It promotes the idea that true maturity encompasses both spiritual and emotional dimensions. The journey toward this certification encourages deep self-reflection and exploration of one’s beliefs, values, and emotional responses, fostering a profound sense of self-awareness that leads to better relationships with others. The program’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of taking responsibility for one’s actions and emotional well-being, encouraging individuals to cultivate conscious ethical choices. The certification reinforces the principle that personal development is a lifelong journey, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to diverse emotional and spiritual contexts. The program aims to ensure that, in order for a Christian believer to be effective in their community and for a Christian minister to succeed in ministry and relationships, they must be spiritually and emotionally mature.
Upon completion of the certification curriculum, the student will be able to:

He demonstrates a deeper understanding of his spiritual beliefs and practices while growing in self-respect and expressing himself more authentically, leading to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
3. He exhibits improved emotional regulation, greater empathy, and stronger interpersonal skills, enabling him to manage relationships more effectively and enter into healthier, more authentic connections characterized by better communication and mutual respect.
4. He becomes more resilient, equipped to handle life’s challenges, adapt to change, and maintain a trusting outlook in God during difficult times.
