In the Holy Scriptures – that the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, inerrant in their original writings, and the supreme and final authority in faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:21).
2. In one triune God – the one true God, eternally existing in three persons of equal essence and glory: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14).
3. In the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ – that He is God manifested in the flesh, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man, sinless, and sent to redeem sinners (John 1:1, Philippians 2:6-8, Luke 1:35).
4. In the sanctity of marriage and family – that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, divinely ordained as the legitimate union for procreation and family life according to God’s design from creation (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6, Ephesians 5:31-32).
5. In the fall and total depravity of humanity – that man was created in God’s image but, through sin, became spiritually dead and separated from God, and that all humans are born with a sinful nature incapable of pleasing God (Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:1-3).
6. In Christ’s atoning sacrifice – that Jesus Christ died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice, bearing the penalty for our sins, and that He physically rose from the dead on the third day. All who believe in Him are justified by His grace (Isaiah 53:5-6, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 5:1).
7. In Christ’s second coming and the blessed hope of believers – that Jesus Christ will personally return to complete the redemption of His Church and establish His eternal kingdom. This hope is the comfort and motivation for believers to live holy lives (Titus 2:13, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 22:12).
8. In the resurrection and eternal judgment – that all humanity will be resurrected, believers to eternal life in God’s glory, and unbelievers to judgment and eternal punishment (John 5:28-29, Daniel 12:2, Revelation 20:11-15).
9. In salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone – that salvation is a free gift from God, not earned by works, but received through faith in Christ and His atoning work, and that believers are born again by the Holy Spirit as children of God (Ephesians 2:8-9, John 1:12-13, John 3:3-6).
10. In Christ’s intercession and present reign – that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for believers as their High Priest and reigning as Lord over His Church and all creation (Romans 8:34, Hebrews 7:25, Ephesians 1:20-23).
